Information
Standard Model Delivery can take between two weeks to two months based on add ons and revisions. We will communicate this with you at the initial inquiry.Payment Info
You must make payments via Paypal using the Goods and Services option ONLY. We allow payment plans/installments, it will be 50/50, 50% up front and 50% once rigging is ready to begin. You will receive an invoice from hajimedango or cherripa/cherrylovelace. Once at least 50% of the commission has been paid, we will begin your commission. If you have any other questions regarding payment, please read our FAQ first and/or ask us during the initial inquiry.Art

A. Once at least 50% of the payment is received we will begin creating your model. Art can take from 3 days to two weeks depending on how many revisions are requested. Once the art is finalized, and the second payment has been received, rigging can take about 3 days to two weeks as well.Q. Do I have to pay the full amount up front?
A. No, you may pay for the model in two parts. 50% up front and 50% once the art is ready for rigging.Q. Can I pay a rush fee?
A. Yes, you may pay a rush fee, it will be +50% of the entire price. (Example: Full Body Package (A) = $600 + $300 rush fee) The model will then be completed in two weeks, one week for art, one week for rigging. Note: The delivery time is subject to change based on add ons + revisions, we will discuss this with you before the first payment is received.Q. Can I receive a refund?
A. Once the first payment has been processed, you may receive a full refund if work has not been started on your model. If work has been started on your model, you may receive 50% refund of your initial payment. If you have received the SECOND progress photo for your model, you are not eligible for a refund. If you attempt to file a charge back, you will be blacklisted and other artists will be notified of your behavior and violation of Terms of Service.

I will not file a charge back and I understand that a charge back is is grounds for being blacklisted and other artists will be notified of my doing so.
I agree to provide feedback within 24 hours if I request any revisions or changes.
I agree to pay at least 50% up front and 50% before rigging is started.
I understand and agree that my model can be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise communicated.
I will credit cherripa for the art and Dango for the rigging appropriately.
